Actress Angelina Jolie showed off her new tattoo in the middle of her chest when wearing a low-cut dress to attend the Tony Awards on June 16.

The 49-year-old star wore a turquoise Atelier Versace velvet dress with a V-shaped hem that highlighted her new chest tattoo. Instyle commented that the tattoo is in a bold position but with delicate lines: a lovely sparrow flying high with outstretched wings.

Angelina Jolie has not yet revealed the meaning of her new tattoo. Meanwhile, some fans on X (Twitter) pointed out that the swallow is a symbol of freedom, loyalty, love and hope.

In April, when launching the play The Outsiders, Angelina Jolie also revealed a new tattoo on her left wrist. The actress has a stylized tattoo of the word “Stay Gold”. This is a line that the main character in The Outsiders repeats many times and is also the name of a song in the play.
