Elon Musk, known for his ambitions to colonize Mars and revolutionize the auto industry, appears to be expanding his earthly empire in another way—by growing his already sizeable family.

The billionaire entrepreneur, who has long voiced concerns about declining 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 rates, has reportedly fathered yet another 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, bringing the total count of his offspring to 13.
Another Baby, Another Chapter in Musk’s Personal Saga
This latest revelation comes from Ashley St. Clair, a conservative author and commentator, who announced on social media that Musk is the father of her 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 five months ago.

In a statement posted to Twitter, St. Clair wrote:
“Five months ago, I welcomed a new 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.”
Musk, never one to shy away from online commentary, responded in typical fashion—brief and cryptic. Reacting to a tweet discussing the revelation, the billionaire simply wrote: “Whoa.”

Musk has fathered 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with four different women, including:
Justine Wilson, his first wife, with whom he had six 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. Their first-𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧, Nevada, tragically passed away at just 10 weeks old.
Grimes, the musician and mother to three of his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, including the widely known X Æ A-12.
Shivon Zilis, a Neuralink executive who bore twins through IVF, reportedly without Grimes’ knowledge at the time.
And now, if the reports are accurate, Ashley St. Clair joins the list.
This unexpected development raises Musk’s 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 count to 13—though one of his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, Vivian Jenna Wilson, has publicly distanced herself from him.
The Musk Family Compound: A Billionaire’s Blended Vision
Musk’s vision for his family appears to extend beyond biology. Reports suggest that he has invested $35 million in neighboring properties in Austin, Texas, with the idea of housing his extended family under one roof—or at least in close proximity.
So far, only one of the mothers, Shivon Zilis, has reportedly moved in, while others—including Grimes—have remained independent.
Musk’s attempts to create a modern family compound have drawn attention, though the feasibility of such an arrangement remains uncertain. With so many players involved, the odds of a harmonious cohabitation seem as unpredictable as one of his SpaceX rocket launches.
Musk’s Mission: Repopulating Earth Before Colonizing Mars?
Musk’s views on population growth have been well documented. He has repeatedly voiced concerns about declining 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 rates, calling it the “biggest problem humanity faces.” He has even joked that he is simply “doing his part.”
But beyond the humor, his commitment to fatherhood appears to be serious. Reports have surfaced suggesting that Musk has even offered his sperm to select individuals to aid in population growth.
Whether this is part of a personal philosophy or a larger, Musk-style experiment in human survival is unclear. What is certain, however, is that his family—like his business ventures—continues to grow at an exponential rate.
For now, while the idea of Musk’s blended family living together remains more theory than reality, the latest addition to his lineage proves one thing: his personal life is just as eventful as his professional one.
