A hint regarding his kid Bronze’s future is provided by Patrick Mahomes during on vacation in Mexico

The Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback may not be the last athlete in the Mahomes clan

Patrick Mahomes may have dropped a hint about what he aspires his son to be as Bronze poses with a football suggesting that as he grows up, he could be set to follow in the footsteps of the Kansas City Chiefs‘ star quarterback who recently won Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas.

The news comes after the infant was spotted in an Instagram post holding a worn down football with a very stern expression on his face. Perhaps he his already adapting his father’s game face for when he throws those all important touchdowns in the NFL?

At the age of 15 months, he is already beginning to walk and talk and thus will be able to begin to learn the rules of the game and how to play. With such an outstanding coach like Patrick to guide him, he will learn to build all important brain connections that will manifest as “instinctive” or “natural” actions and plays on the field when he’s older.

How many of the Mahomes family are athletes?

The Mahomes family boasts a rich athletic heritage, with several members achieving success in various sports:

Patrick Mahomes II is the most prominent member of the family as the leading superstar quarterback in the NFL. He has achieved immense success with the Chiefs, winning the NFL MVP award in 2018 and leading the team to victory in Super Bowl LIV, LVII and LVIII. He seems destined for the greatest of all-time conversation.

Mahomes II’s father, Pat Mahomes Sr., was also a professional athlete. He was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played for several teams during his career, including the Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox and New York Mets to name a few. He actually helped the Mets reach the 2000 World Series, although he was left off the roster.

Randi Martin, Patrick Mahomes II’s mother, was a standout athlete herself showing why Mahomes II was destined to become a star in whichever sport he chose. She was a college athlete who competed in track and field at Southern Methodist University, .

Patrick Mahomes II’s younger brother, Jackson Mahomes, has involvement in sports. While not a professional athlete like his brother and father, Jackson has showcased his athleticism through his activities and interests, including basketball and other sports.

Mahomes II’s half-brother, Graham Walker, is also in the NFL as he plays as a wide receiver for the Brown Bears football, representing Brown University in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision as members of the Ivy League. He was an All-American in 2021.
