Working across all areas of chip manufacturing, Samsung also introduced Samsung AI Solutions, a turnkey AI platform that is the result of collaborative efforts between chip, memory and the company’s advanced chip packaging.

Samsung said the collaboration between the companies can streamline supply chain management and reduce time-to-market, resulting in a significant 20% improvement in total processing time.

By 2027, the company will introduce an all-in-one CPO integrated AI solution to provide customers with “one-stop” AI solutions.

At the event, Arm CEO Rene Haas and Groq CEO Jonathan Ross also took the stage to talk about Arm’s strong partnership with Samsung in solving new AI challenges.
