Kylie Jenner seems to be gearing up for the release of her seventh collection from Khy.
While visiting New York City, the mogul hinted she was working on her fashion brand with a photo dump on Instagram. In one snap, she pouted for the camera in a black baseball cap and strappy low-cut black dress, and in another, she posed on the city streets in a black collared shirt with a matching mini skirt. “nyc 🤝🏻khy,” she captioned the series of photos, which also included shots of the skyline and a signature New York City pizza slice.
Both her ensembles are part of Khy’s upcoming poplin drop, per the brand’s social media pages. There, Kylie can be seen modeling the pieces, offering a better look at what’s to come. In one post, she showed off a white collared shirt—which she previously wore in black—with a dual zipper closure that allowed it to have a plunging neckline and an opening at the bottom. In another shot, she modeled a white version of her black strappy dress while laying on a patchwork couch in a field.
Ahead of the new collection drop, Jenner spoke with People about finding inspiration in her design process. “We focus on pieces that are wearable but fashion forward,” she told the publication, adding that she gets inspiration from looking at vintage fashion moments and ‘90s trends. “A day at the office usually includes meetings with the design team, mood board creations, drop calendar planning, looking at sketches and fabrics, working on shoot creative and campaigns, and then fit testing pieces from upcoming drops,” she said.
