Miss World India Priyanka Chopra, her husband and friends and relatives celebrated the biggest Hindu festival of the year – Diwali – in the US.

Priyanka was seen holding hands with her husband, singer Nick Jonas, leaving the Nobu restaurant in Los Angeles on Sunday night. She wore a traditional Indian outfit of a red velvet jacket and a gold lehenga. The 41-year-old actress wore her hair in a high bun and added a red rose. She completed her look with a Bulgari snake necklace.

Nick Jonas’ husband wore a white kurta and a pink brocade jacket. Nick’s brother, singer Joe Jonas, also wore Indian attire to the party with his brother and sister-in-law. Joe – who recently divorced actress Sophie Turner – attended the party alone.

Priyanka lives in the US with her husband, but she still celebrates holidays according to her homeland’s customs. The Baywatch star’s in-laws also love Indian culture, often wearing traditional clothes to parties she hosts.

Last month, Priyanka Chopra returned to her home country to attend the Mumbai Film Festival. She appeared at several events at the festival. The actress is currently working in both Hollywood and India.

Earlier this year, Miss World 2000 took her husband and one-year-old daughter back to her hometown. This was also Malti’s first trip home, so Priyanka took her to visit many places. On this occasion, Priyanka and her husband attended many events, including the inauguration of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center and the premiere of the movie Citadel .
