Olivia Culpo and her new husband, soccer player Christian McCaffrey, just bought a $14.5 million property in Los Angeles from actor George Clooney.
A source confirmed to TMZ on September 29 that Olivia Culpo and her husband are the new owners of the mansion that George Clooney recently put up for sale. The Oscar-winning actor has owned the house for nearly 30 years after buying it from singer Stevie Nicks in 1995 for $2.2 million. Clooney’s wife, lawyer Amal, once described the house as a beautiful oasis because of the surrounding trees that help separate it from the outside world.
The property spans 12,500 square metres and includes a 650 square metre main house, guest house, swimming pool and tennis court. The main house has 6 bedrooms and many other amenities.
The new home is described as ideal for a family. Previously, Olivia Culpo lived alone in a smaller home she bought for $3.5 million in Encino, Los Angeles. Christian McCaffrey often stayed with Olivia during her off-season breaks.
