Elon Musk reacts to the photos that the paparazzi published of him from the beach: Maybe I should undress more often, stick out my chest

Elon Musk has been mocked for his photos of himself nɑƙeɗ on the beach baring his chest while enjoying his vacation on a yacht in Mykonos.

The world’s richest man was photographed looking very pale in the summer heat and enjoying a drink on a boat near the Greek island on Sunday

The Space X founder, 51, was trying to catch some rays to get some color on his bleached skin ahead of his legal battle with social networking site Twitter later today.

Tesla CEO Musk assured his investors he was ‘already back at the factory’ after responding to a social media post calling him a ‘smart’ investor.

One investor first posted a photo of the Tesla CEO, writing: “Damn, I got my money behind this man. So many other smart investors.”

Posting on Twitter, hours before the company took him to court to back out of his $44 billion purchase, Musk responded by retorting to Tesla’s status: “Haha damn, maybe I should take my shirt off more often … to free your ass! (almost back to the factory by the way)”.

On vacation, he was joined by designer Sarah Staudinger, 33, founder of fashion brand Staud, and her new husband, superstar agent — and inspiration for HBO’s Entourage — Ari Emanuel, 61.

The entrepreneur has also recently been linked to Australian actress Natasha Bassett, 27, after the pair were spotted dining together in St. Tropez in the south of France in May and were among the guests at Ari and Sarah’s wedding, hosted by Larry David.

Later today, Musk will appear in court before a judge who will hear Twitter’s request to speed up a trial in their lawsuit against the billionaire.

Musk offered the company $44 million for a buyout, but backed out at the last minute after expressing concerns about the number of fake accounts and bots on the social networking site.

He has yet to produce any evidence to back up his claims, and instead engaged in an online spat with Twitter’s current CEO, Parag Agrawal.

Tesla’s founder sent a letter on Twitter saying he was backing out of the controversial deal he made in April to buy the platform for $54.20 a share, or $44 billion in total.

Twitter has now requested a four-day trial in September in an attempt to force Musk to go ahead with his original offer.

The firm’s lawyers say they need just four days to prove he should be forced to honor his agreement.

They hope the non-jury trial could begin on September 19, but legal experts have predicted the case will take two weeks to go to trial.

Last week, Musk said he was ending the acquisition deal because of concerns about bots and fake accounts.

The lawsuit filed Tuesday cites Musk’s May 16 tweet, among other things, as evidence that he publicly disparaged Twitter in violation of the merger agreement before withdrawing from the deal entirely.
