After welcoming Stormi Webster in 2018, Kylie Jenner shared a video documenting her pregnancy and part of the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥’s 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡. Now, more than six years later, she showed her daughter the footage.
Almost seven years ago, Kylie Jenner brought fans to tears with one video.
Shortly after announcing on Instagram in 2018 that she gave 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 to her and ex Travis Scott‘s first 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, daughter Stormi Webster, the Kylie Cosmetics star released footage of her pregnancy journey on YouTube. And now, she’s shown it to the 6-year-old and documented her reaction.
“I thought it was time to show her the ‘To Our Daughter’ video,” the 27-year-old wrote alongside a TikTok clip shared Dec. 7. “(can’t believe its been 7 years).”
Stormi is shown watching the opening scenes of the video, which shows Kris Jenner preparing to give 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 to Kylie in the hospital, where she is joined by then-spouse Caitlyn Jenner and other loved ones.
Kylie’s daughter later observes her grandmother relay a message to her, saying to the camera, “I can’t wait to see you meet you, kiss you, love you, teach you things that maybe only I can teach you and your mom can teach you the things she can teach you.”
“One day, I was in your mom’s bathroom with her and she took a little test,” she said. “When you’re 20 years old, you’re just figuring out your life. You don’t know what you want. You’re an indecisive teenager and you’re just becoming a young adult.”
Jordyn added, “There was one thing that your mom knew for sure, and that was you.”
In addition to their daughter, Kylie and Travis—who split in 2022—also share son Aire, 2.
“I always knew I wanted to be a young mother,” Kylie told Interview Germany in 2019. “I remember people used to ask, ‘Are you ready for this?’ And I always knew I was ready but you don’t know what that love and that feeling is like until after you have a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥.”
