As anyone lucky enough to have witnessed one of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour shows in person can attest, the woman is in incredible shape.

Over the course of three and a half hours, the pop megastar strutted, sprinted and danced her way across a sprawling 75-meter-long stage, all while belting out more than 40 of her greatest hits back to back — and without ever stopping for a break.

The man responsible for getting Swift in fighting shape for the longest and most physically challenging tour of her life? Kirk Myers, the founder of celebrity-adored gym Dogpound and the Grammy winner’s trainer of about a decade. (His other clients include Hugh Jackman, Cynthia Erivo, Lana Del Rey and basically every Victoria’s Secret model.)

Last weekend, Myers stopped by the lululemon Glow Up Studio in downtown NYC to teach a class — and as a longtime Swiftie whose fitness level can be generally described as “lacking,” I couldn’t resist the opportunity to snag a spot in the sought-after session.

Millie Bobby Brown proved her status as a “true Swiftie” as she corrected her “Electric State” co-star Chris Pratt on Taylor Swift’s album curation style.

In a video shared by Netflix Wednesday, the “Stranger Things” actress, 21, and the “Jurassic World” actor, 45, reacted to popular ’90s electronics — many of which Brown was unfamiliar with.

“There was once a time where artists who made tapes, they curated their music into a very intentional list,” recalled Pratt while holding up a cassette. “Now, it’s just like go to whatever your platform is…”

“No, that’s not true, Chris!” the “Enola Holmes” star interjected. “Taylor Swift curates her album from start to finish!”

“You don’t have to listen to her album that way,” Pratt pushed back. “You can go on Spotify and hit shuffle and listen to it however the AI decides.”

Brown passionately disagreed, saying, “A true Swiftie wouldn’t! You don’t understand.”

“Travis Kelce, that’s my dog. I gotta tell you. A lot of ladies love Travis Kelce. Travis Kelce has loved a lot of ladies,” he said.

Kylie Kelce knows all too well how hard Taylor Swift works.

The “Not Gonna Lie” podcast host, 32, told guest Kate Hudson on Thursday’s episode that the pop star’s “drive is incredible.”

The actress, 45, was the first to bring Swift up in conversation while gushing over a red carpet run-in with Beyoncé.

“She works so hard,” Hudson said of the “Single Ladies” singer achieving the “level of success” she has.
