Memphis police had issued a warrant for Ridge, who was captured on surveillance footage during the incident outside the Western Hotel on George W. Lee Avenue. The footage reportedly shows him exiting a white Dodge Charger and firing at the two victims before fleeing the scene. Authorities later recovered the stolen vehicle in connection with the case.
