MAN UNITED PLAYER RATINGS Andre Onana Shows The Future Is Bright In Goal But Sancho Struggles

Andre Onana shows the future is bright in goal but Sancho struggles

Real Madrid bҽat Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United team 2-0. This was Manchester United’s second loss in 48 hours.

The English talent Jude Bellingham gave the Spanish giants an early lead with a beautiful chip, and former Stoke City player Joselu sealed the win in Houston with a spectacular overhead kιck.

United had trouble in the final third, and Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho, who were leading the line, had a long night. Sancho also had trouble after coming off the bench.

Andre Onana couldn’t do much about the two goals he let in on his first game for United, but he showed that as Ten Hag’s new No. 1, he has a lot to offer. ANDRE ONANA 6.5 – Bellingham scored the first goal less than six minutes into his debut, and Joselu scored the second. He made a few good stops and did more than enough with the ball at his feet to show what he will bring to United.

AARON WAN-BISSAKA 5.5 – Had his hands full with Real’s speed and Bellingham’s dangҽr down the left side. At one point in the first half, Vinicius Junior fooled him.

RAPHAEL VARANE 6: Stepped up to try to put Bellingham offside, but got caught on the goal, even though Real Madrid’s new £115 million player looked like he was just offside.

LISANDRO MARTINEZ 6: Before halftime of another game, Bellingham gets a yellow card for a rough challenge. Epitomes Ten Hag says there are no friendly people. LUKE SHAW 6.5: He had a good battlҽ with Luka Modric and moved forward well before being removed along with eight other United players just after the hour mark.

CASEMIRO: 5.5. He started for United for the first time in preseason against his old team, but he still needs to get back to speed.

KOBBIE MAINOO 5: The teen was picked to start again, but he got hurt in the first two minutes and had to leave.

BRUNO FERNANDES 6.5. Played on the right to make room for the new player Mount. In the second half, he moved to the No. 10 spot. Late on, they forced keeper Andriy Lunin to make a smart save from a distance.

Mason Mount got a 7 because he played No. 10 and came close to tying the game from close range. He also made a recovery challenge on Tchouameni that was probably the best tackle of the game. ALEJANDRO GARNACHO got a 7. In his first pre-season game, he looked lively and wasn’t afraid to shσσt on sight more than once.

MARCUS RASHFORD 5.5 – Rashford, like most of United’s international players who came back to training a little later, is still learning the ropes and had trouble making a mark here.

Subs: Lindelof 6 (for Martinez 62), Maguire 6 (for Varane 62), Eriksen 5 (for Mainoo 6), Amad, Dalot 6 (for Wan-Bissaka 62), Antony 7 (for Garnacho 62), Heaton, Sancho 6 (for Rashford 62), Pellistri 6.5 (for Mount 62), Bishop, Williams 6 (for Casemiro 62), Van de Beek 6 (for Eriksen 62), McTominay 6.5 (for Shaw 62), Forson.REAL MADRID (4-3-3): Lunin 6.5; Carvajal 6.5, Rudiger 7 (Nacho 46, 6), Alaba 6.5 (Militao 46, 6), Garcia 6 (Mendy 46, 6.5); Modric 6 (Diaz 62, 6), Camavinga 6.5, Tchouameni 6 (Kroos 46, 5.5), Bellingham 7.5 (Valverde 46, 6); Rodrygo 6.5 (Joselu 62, 7), Vinicius Jnr 7 (Paz 72, 6). Subs: Courtois, Odriozola, Vazquez, Abdelkader, Guler, Pineiro, Nico, Gonzalez.

Bellingham got 6 points and Joselu got 89.
