Last season, Haaland set a Premier League record with 36 goals in 35 games. The Norwegian striker also shone in Europe, scoring 12 goals in the Champions League and contributing significantly to Man City’s historic treble.

After losing to Atletico, Manchester City ended their summer tour in Asia. Also on this tour, coach Pep Guardiola stated that Erling Haaland will be a scarier version of himself next season than he was last season.
