Each and every tiny home we feature here is truly a work of art in its own way. We love seeing the thoughtful details that individual builders craft into their tiny house builds. This one is no exception; the Elsa, built by Olive Nest Tiny Homes, has several unique features that distinguish it from other tiny homes. Elsa is built atop a 28′ x 8.5′ trailer for a total of 323 square feet of living space, including the loft.

What stands out immediately when you see Elsa is the attached greenhouse deck and pergola. This area provides a beautiful, functional custom built outdoor living area, a feature that has gained this home plenty of attention.

The interior of Elsa is cozy, modern, and elegant. Every detail, from the custom zone lighting system to the pivoting bar, reveals the high-end functionality and attentive design that went into this build.
The kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops, modern fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. I am always a fan of many windows for natural lighting, and this home doesn’t disappoint with its total of 14 windows. The glass shelf above the sink is the perfect perch for culinary herbs to soak up the sun through the kitchen window.
Some of the most unique and beautiful features in this home are the live-edge cherry wood stair treads, bathroom countertop, and bar. The bar pivots away from the wall on a hinge for a variety of uses. Floating maple shelves seen throughout the home – primarily in the kitchen and bathroom – thoughtfully complement the pine flooring and shiplap walls.
As with most of the tiny homes we feature, this one contains abundant creative storage areas tucked away under the stairs and in other spaces throughout the home.

The loft holds a full-sized bed with windows on both sides. The sofa in the living room area (not pictured) is a sleeper sofa, providing an additional sleeping area.
The bathroom holds a full-sized shower, a modern sink and fixtures, and plenty of additional storage space.

I have to admit, as beautiful as the interior of this house is, the greenhouse deck is my favorite feature. While you can’t see it from these pictures, a nice porch swing hangs from the pergola between the home and greenhouse.
These exterior amenities afford the homeowner a convenient space for enjoying the outdoors and growing plants. The ability to grow food or flowers right out the front door is a very attractive component of this home. The deck sits on its own trailer, so it is easy to move with the house.
