Premier League boss admits he’d ‘welcome back’ £150k-a-week Man Utd ace

Christian Eriksen has seen his place in Erik ten Hag’s diminish over the past month, now his former boss has hinted he wants him back.

Manchester United‘s midfield has all of a sudden become a strength after years of it being a glaring weakness. Kobbie Mainoo is now an irreplaceable member of the starting line-up.

Casemiro has re-established himself alongside the ‘elusive’ 18-year-old while Scott McTominay is the third choice it appears for both players.

This leaves for a start Mason Mount with the really difficult task of breaking into the team upon his eventual return from injury at some stage.

Another who’s finding it increasingly difficult to find minutes is Christian Eriksen who has also been linked with a move away from United lately.
