Man United’s players arrived at Manchester Airport on Saturday afternoon to travel to Luton ahead of Sunday’s Premier League fixture at Kenilworth Road.
Manchester United’s players gathered at Manchester Airport this afternoon ahead of catching a flight for tomorrow’s Premier League clash with Luton Town at Kenilworth Road.
United, who edged past the Hatters in the reverse fixture at Old Trafford in November, winning 1-0, make the trip to Bedfordshire in pursuit of a fourth successive Premier League win. Erik ten Hag’s side got the better of Aston Villa last time out, winning 2-1 at Villa Park.
The victory over Villa, however, did feature an element of concern, with left-back Luke Shaw forced off at half-time as a precaution. Speaking to the media on Thursday, Ten Hag confirmed he was a doubt for this weekend, but refused to rule him out at that juncture.
The Dutchman admitted he was prepared to give the England international as long as possible before making a concrete decision on his availability. Victor Lindelof stepped in at left-back in the second half at Villa.
Shaw was not pictured arriving at the team bus within the airport grounds, but nor were the likes of Raphael Varane, Kobbie Mainoo or Casemiro. Some players do arrive at the airport themselves and out of view of the cameras.
Below, MEN Sport brings you images of which players were spotted arriving at the team bus.
