One of his biggest properties, his Georgia house, required repair. According to The Sun, the mansion was auctioned due to foreclosure because it cost $1 mιllιon  to maintain. The mansion was listed for $8.2 mιllιonafter Holyfield sold it to a bank for $7.5 mιllιon. The auction started at $2.5 mιllιon, but Ross bought it for $5.8 mιllιon.

In 1994, Fayetteville County, Georgia’s property was built. 45,000 square feet cover 235 acres of the palace.
