Finally, the trailer of Raayan is out. It was released on Tuesday and is trending on social media. The film is a Tamil action thriller, directed by the well-known actor Dhanush, starring Dhanush himself, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Aparna Balamurali, Dushara Vijayan, and Anikha Surendran in the main lead roles along with SJ Suryah, Prakash Raj, Selvaraghavan, Jayaram, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Saravanan and so on.

Raayan releases on July 26.

Raayan was initially set for a theatrical release on June 13 but was postponed due to some unspecified reasons. The new release date of the film is now July 26.

Going by the trailer, this movie is high on action, suspense and thrill. The trailer revolves around the story of a man who is in search of 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁ers to take revenge for the death of his family. It reflects Dhanush’s entry drenched in blood and other stars such as Kalidas and Sundeep in action, while Surya is showcased in the darkness. The trio, therefore, steals the show with their action.

Raayan is Dhanush’s second directional venture after his 2017 film, Pa Paandi. However, Dhanush’s last movie Captain Miller was not a huge success and for this reason, fans are eagerly waiting to see if Raayan will become a super hit or not.

Dhanush has set the plot of the film in North Chennai indicating that the story will revolve around the culture and life of that particular area. Raayan is produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures and is highly anticipated as this is the 50th film of Dhanush. AR Rahman composed the music for Raayan and received a good response from the audience.
