Khloe Kardashian has been told to go to therapy to work on her personal issues.

But the 40-year-old reality TV diva has said she does not need to get psychological help and is not really a fan of shrinks overall.

First her older sister Kim, 43, told her to go to therapy, then her best friend Malika Haqq said the same thing during an episode of The Kardashians.

But the Good American designer pushed back for some interesting reasons.

‘I’ve done therapy,’ Khloe stated candidly. ‘I’ve gone to like, three or four different therapists.’

And then she shared why she does not want to go back.

She says that she saw a therapist before she welcomed her second 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, son Tatum, via surrogate in August 2022. She shares Tatum and daughter True, 8, with ex Tristan Thompson.

‘I’ve never connected. I’m like, “I just told you my whole life story. Every dark demonic thing and you’re just gonna be like, Okay.” I never got any guidance,’ shared the pinup.

‘Then she’s definitely not the person for you,’ Malika offered.

‘So far, every therapist I’ve seen has done that,’ Khloe shared.

Khloe then admitted in her confessional: ‘I was actually told by one therapist that I didn’t need therapy because I process things so matter-of-fact. I don’t know. It was a strange encounter.’

Then Khloe talked about how she dealt with the pain of her ex-husband Lamar Odom cheating on her.

‘My husband, I found him at a drug den in a motel and, like, I was saying something, but [my therapist asked], “So do you get upset?”‘ she added.

Khloe told her shrink that she was clam about it.

That is when the doctor said: ‘I don’t really think you need me.’

‘I was like, “What? Is she firing me?”‘ Koko stated.

Then she made a joke: ‘I think I got broken up with by a therapist.’

But her pal Malika argued: ‘You’ve gone through several traumatic events and you need someone to help you find your exit.

‘It’s not that you need someone to tell you how to be Khloe. You need someone to tell you how to see your way out.’

In her confessional the Kocktails With Khloe star said: ‘I’m sure I need therapy. I just don’t think I’m struggling, and I’m like, “I can’t find my way. I need a therapist.”

Malika then gave her two cents: ‘Talk to different therapists for a little while.’

‘Who has time?’ Khloe asked, to which Malika said, ‘Make the time.’

Kim’s sister Kourtney famously went to therapy after she broke up with Scott Disick and told her entire family they need to be in session.
