KYLIE Jenner has stunned fans with her unrecognizable appearance in a new ad.

The reality star posted the pic on her Instagram feed, promoting an alcoholic drink to her fans.

In the promotional pic, Kylie had a blue and white trucker hat on her head and a matching tiny tank top.

On the bottom, she wore a pair of white booty shorts that highlighted her curves.

In one pic, she stood sideways with a box in her hand and a hose in the other.

Her long brown hair was curled and hung down her back.

In a second photo, taken closer to her face, she smiled as one strap of her tank top hung over her arm.

Another pic showed her sitting in shallow water, resting an arm on her knee and her head on her hand.

She had a can of the beverage she was promoting in her other hand.

The last pic in the bunch showed Kylie closing her eyes as water shot toward her face.

“It looks like an OF ad,” one fan mocked.

“The prettiest girl,” a second supporter shared.

“This smile!!” a third fan gushed.

“Kind of cute,” wrote another follower.

“Why do you always pose like you’re in pain [?] your face looks like you’re getting your lady parts twisted or something,” critiqued someone else.

Others speculated that the change in her appearance was due to ‘Botox.’

IN PAIN?

This isn’t the first time fans have noted something unusual about Kylie’s smile.

Earlier this month, the Kardashians star appeared to struggle to smile in a video with her best friend Stassie Karanikolaou.

The gal pals documented their trip to Venice, Italy, on TikTok.

In one video, which Kylie posted on her page, she and Stassie were seen enjoying a booze-filled day out.

After several martinis, Kylie and Stassie recorded as they spent some time together simply being silly in their hotel room and during their boat ride to dinner.

Toward the end of the clip, they recorded themselves sitting in a restaurant smiling for the camera.

While some fans laughed at their antics, others took note of something a bit odd about Kylie’s look.

“Her face looks so tight,” one person pointed out.

“Why is she always forcing being super happy and all this positive personality does anyone else like she’s trying too hard? I mean take a break! We get it your face is still capable of showing expressions,” a second fan said.

“She can’t smile with the normal muscles due to Botox, so she smiles using the muscles on the sides of her nose. That’s why she makes that face all the time,” another speculated.

“It looks like it physically hurts her to move any part of her face,” claimed another commenter.

“The fact that she’s trying to scrunch her face up but got Botox to freeze her facial muscles so she can’t actually make this expression is comical,” mocked a fifth.

There has been major speculation that Kylie got Botox, despite her claims that she’s only ever had a boob job and lip fillers.

Trolls online have criticized her for allegedly taking her procedures too far, with some even speculating that she got a Brazilian butt lift.

Kylie has been relatively open with fans about her plastic surgery procedures through the years, as well as her insecurities.

During a Season Five episode of The Kardashians, she broke down in tears over the frequent comments on social media about her appearance.

“Why is it okay in 2024 to talk about someone’s looks so much?” the Hulu star said through tears while chatting with her sister Kendall, 28.

“I’ve never cried about this before, but I guess it does affect me,” she confessed.

Fans began noticing changes in Kylie appearance when she was a teen.

She got lip fillers, citing insecurities over her thin lips, but didn’t come clean about it until 2015.

She revealed during an episode of her family’s former reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, that she struggled with insecurity.

For many years, fans picked apart her appearance even after she got filler.

She was mocked for getting too much filler, and eventually dissolved some of it.
