Actor Ben Affleck just bought a $20.5 million mansion in Los Angeles a few months after moving out of his home with Jennifer Lopez and renting his own house.

TMZ reported that Ben Affleck has just purchased a mansion in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood. His new mansion has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and many other amenities such as dressing rooms, movie theater, separate breakfast area, guest house…

For the past three months, the Batman star has been living in a rented home in Brentwood, Los Angeles, near his ex-wife, actress Jennifer Garner, and their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. In June, Ben was seen returning to the $60 million mansion he shared with singer Jennifer Lopez and packing all of his belongings while his wife was on a European vacation.

Jennifer Lopez still lives in the mansion with her two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. However, last month, she and Ben quietly put the house up for sale through real estate broker Santiago Arana. After failing to find a buyer, the couple put it on the market on July 11 for $68 million. They also put the art on display in the house up for sale.

Sources told TMZ that Jennifer Lopez is also looking to buy her own house and that she and her husband are headed for divorce.

In recent months, J.Lo and Ben have rarely seen each other, although they still wear their wedding rings. Ben Affleck spends time with his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren and focuses on work in Los Angeles. On their second wedding anniversary on July 16, J.Lo went out with friends in The Hamptons, thousands of miles away from her husband.
