Granville and Pfeifle purchased the property at 204 Upper Seven Ponds Road in 2008 for $4.3 million and undertook an extensive maximalist redesign. The listing, handled by Granville and his Corcoran colleague Mala Sander, describes the estate as a prime example of luxury and style in the Hamptons.
