Less than a year after purchasing it, Yo Gotti is putting his hilltop Los Angeles home on the market. A Tuscan-style mansion, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court are all part of the 3-acre fully landscaped property owned by the “Recession Proof” rapper in Westlake Village, California.
Mario Mims achieved his first significant breakthrough with the 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. The next year, his song “Rake It Up” with Nicki Minaj made it to the top 10 of the ot 100. Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG) is led by Gotti, 41.
The price of Westlake Village’s Villa Forza is $1 mιllιon higher than what Gotti paid in May. The nearly 10,000 square foot home, built in the late 1990s, features one level of living space and overlooks the North Ranch Country Club golf course.
The interiors are elegant. Double front doors made of glass and metal lead into a large foyer with a large skylight and views of the backyard and hills beyond.
There are six guest/family rooms, a library, a family room attached to the chef’s kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. A home gym, executive office, formal dining room, two baths, wardrobes, fireplaces, and jacuzzis are all included in the master suite.
The home shines outside with well-kept boxwood and rose gardens, big palm trees, and tranquil waterfalls. Numerous terraces for al fresco dining and entertaining overlook the canyon while an infinity-edge pool and reflecting pool are also there.
