Kylie, 27, revealed her son Aire’s name was originally Knight, in an interview with British Vogue.

“My son’s name was actually Knight for a long time and my daughter, still to this day, is like, ‘Do you remember when Aire’s name was Knight?’” she told the outlet.

“I’m like, ‘No.’ And she’s like, ‘That was so funny, Mom. I like Knight better.’ And I’m like, ‘You know what, we are not doing this again,'” she continued.

The Kardashians star spilled the beans about Aire’s name while opening up about suffering from prolonged postpartum depression after both of her 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren’s 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡s.

She stated, “Stormi’s lasted a year,” and mentioned that Aire’s lasted around the same length of time.

“I’m going to be 27, and I’m finally feeling like myself again, and [looking back] I think, being pregnant, I wore sweatpants every day, I didn’t have time to figure out even some of the little things in my life, and then postpartum lasted a year,” Kylie continued.

“Mentally, it’s really hard. Hormonally, it’s really hard. I didn’t know how to dress.”

The reality TV star confessed that the postpartum depression hit her differently with each of her 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.

“Probably with my son it was major 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 blues, so I was just so emotional over things that I probably wouldn’t be that emotional about [typically],” she said.

“On the phone with my mom all day hysterically crying, saying, ‘I can’t figure out his name,'” the Hulu star shared.

“Now my advice to all my friends having 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren is pick the name before, because when the hormones hit you can’t make decisions. You can’t.”

“When I met him, he was just the most beautiful thing to me and I couldn’t believe just how perfect he was,” the mother-of-two revealed.

“I felt like such a failure that I couldn’t name him. He deserved so much more than that. It just really triggered me.”

NOT QUITE RIGHT

In March 2022, Kylie announced that she and her then-boyfriend Travis Scott, 33, had changed their son’s name from Wolf, claiming it “wasn’t him.”

Kylie and the rapper welcomed their second 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 in February 2022.

The pair already shared a daughter Stormi, 6.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder announced the news in an Instagram Story after sharing photos and videos dedicated to the 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦.

“FYI our sons name isn’t Wolf anymore. We just really didn’t feel like it was him,” Kylie wrote.

“Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere.”

The decision to switch up the 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦’s moniker came amid drama surrounding the name.

Kylie had been accused of stealing the name from former friend Tammy Hembrow.

The fitness model’s son, 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 four years before the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum’s 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦, had the same unique name.

THAT’S KNIGHT!

In August 2022, Kylie fans thought they’d worked out her son’s name as the reality star still hadn’t revealed the 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦’s moniker – and it turned out that they were right.

Fans cracked the code on the mystery name by drawing a connection to the star’s daughter, Stormi.

In an online thread, one Kardashian fan theorized that the tot’s name was “Knight,” coinciding with his sister’s unique name.

They explained their theory, writing, “That is right, I am calling it. Only time will tell if I am right, but it seems ‘perfect’ for Kylie and Travis.

“They will name him Knight/Night/Knite; some version [of that] so that their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren will be Stormi [and] Knight,” the user added.

Others thought “Knight” sounded appropriate for the beauty mogul and rapper’s second 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥.

“Honestly, for a girl who named her 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 Stormi with an ‘I,’ Knight is pretty par for the course. [It] wouldn’t surprise me,” they joked.
