NBA champion Tony Parker enjoys a $19.5M mansion in Texas with a luxury movie theater

Tony Parker, the former NBA guard and a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee in 2023, has made a mark both on and off the basketball court. He is well-known for playing a crucial part in the San Antonio Spurs’ NBA championship victories, but his $19.5 million mansion in Boerne, Texas, serves as an example of his opulent lifestyle.

In 2005, after winning his second NBA championship, Parker treated himself to this massive property, where he lived with his former wife, Eva Longoria. The mansion sprawls across 53 acres of land and boasts 13,295 square feet of living space, featuring six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Inside, the main mansion offers a plethora of amenities, including a spacious living room, a movie theater, a wine cellar capable of holding 1,500 bottles, a wooden basketball court, a game room filled with arcade equipment, home offices, a chef’s kitchen with top-quality appliances, a formal dining room, and a luxurious master bedroom suite with an opulent bath.

The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a sandy volleyball court, a full-sized tennis court, and a spacious garden perfect for gardening enthusiasts. However, the crown jewel of the property is its access to a water park, complete with water slides, lazy rivers, and a diving area.

While Tony Parker initially listed the property for sale at $19.5 million, it remained unsold. As of the most recent update, he took it off the market, perhaps considering other options for this remarkable piece of real estate.
