John Legend and Chrissy Teigen recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary with a romantic ceremony at Lake Como, Italy.
According to People , the couple renewed their wedding vows on September 14, 2013, in Lake Como, Italy. This is also where they held their first wedding ceremony. Over the weekend, the couple returned to this location to hold their anniversary ceremony.
The celebrations began with a party at Villa Pizzo, where they wed a decade ago. “The ceremony was very romantic. They arrived by boat… It was great to see them still so happy together,” a source revealed.
The day ended with the vows ceremony, with John and Chrissy stepping out onto the balcony to greet guests. John Legend also gave a short speech after the party. In addition to the reception, there was also dancing and drinks at the lakeside bar for entertainment.

On Instagram in 2016, Chrissy shared a photo of them at Lake Como and wrote: “Back to where it all began – Lake Como, Italy, first time here in 2007.”
She added: “A boat tour guide took us to a small spot on the lake and told us to make a wish. I wished this was the man I would marry and have 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with. I remember John just wished for a delicious piece of cake.”
In December 2011, John proposed to Chrissy and then, on September 10, 2013, they held a wedding ceremony at a New York City courthouse. Four days later, they held a ceremony and exchanged vows in a town in Italy. Chrissy wore a Vera Wang dress and John sang his love song “All of Me” in her honor.
