Los Angeles Dodgers designated hitter Shohei Ohtani, who led the National League with 54 home runs and 130 RBIs, is a finalist for the 2024 Hank Aaron Award, Major League Baseball said Monday.

Last year, Ohtani became the first Japanese winner of the award given to the top offensive performer in each league after hitting an American League-leading 44 homers for the Los Angeles Angels.

The 10 NL and 10 AL finalists were announced by MLB, including Marcell Ozuna of the Atlanta Braves, Francisco Lindor of the New York Mets and Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees.

Ohtani has been among the finalists for four straight years.

MLB legends and past recipients of the award comprise the renowned panel, with fans also having the opportunity to cast ballots.

The voting window runs through Sunday and the winners will be announced on Nov. 14.
