The toddler ended up using his hand to pull off the flower seeds. Brittany Mahomes is teaching her son a new s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁!
On Saturday, Nov. 2, the Kansas City Current co-owner, 29, shared an adorable video on her Instagram Stories of her son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III — whom she shares with husband Patrick Mahomes — attempting to blow on a dandelion.
The mother of two, who is currently pregnant with her third 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, can be seen handing Bronze, 23 months, the flower at the start of the video. “Let me see,” she tells her son as he takes a deep breath in preparation.
Bronze then tries to blow on the flower — which typically results in the small seeds on the flower’s head falling off — but doesn’t quite succeed.

Brittany can be heard laughing from behind the camera.
The toddler, dressed in a light blue long-sleeved graphic shirt and gray sweatpants, instead decides to manually pull off the flower seeds before attempting to blow them out of his hand. However, he has not yet mastered the technique, so the flower portions remain on his hand throughout his attempts.
After a few more tries, Bronze — who will turn 2 later this month — gives up and shakes the dandelion pieces onto the ground.
Brittany tagged her husband, 29, in the video and captioned it with five crying-laughing emojis.

Brittany and Patrick are also parents to daughter Sterling Skye, 3.
Earlier this week, the former soccer player shared a few snaps of her family of four’s matching Halloween costumes, which saw them rocking various zoo-inspired attire.
Patrick dressed up in a custom zoo keeper uniform with the the word “zookeeper” on one side and his name on the other. He paired his tan uniform with a bucket hat and matching boots. Meanwhile, Brittany wore a kangaroo onesie and light brown winter boots. Her cozy costume fittingly featured a 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 kangaroo inside of a pouch.
The couple’s two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren also dressed up like animals, with Sterling rocking a hot pink flamingo costume and Bronze sporting a lion look.
The parents shared an Instagram photo of their costumes with the caption, “Happy Halloween🖤.”
