Blac Chyna and her rapper fiance, Derrick Milano, have no plans to get a prenup before they tie the knot.

Appearing on Angela Yee’s Lip Service this week, the happy couple said that they didn’t need a prenuptial agreement because they weren’t going to get divorced.

‘Well, you know what? I’m not against it, I’m not opposed to it,’ Milano explained on the podcast.

‘I mean, [Chyna] has a lot of stuff already, you know what I’m saying? She got her cars, like, that’s hers. She got her Sprinter, that’s hers. She has her house, that’s hers,’ he continued.

‘I have my stuff, that’s mine, you know what I’m saying. But I’m not one of those people like, “Oh, you need to do one.”‘

Chyna then put an end to the conversation by bluntly interjecting, ‘There won’t be a prenup cause we’re not getting divorced. That’s it.’

She also said that the topic has never even been brought up in their relationship.

Milano proposed to the former hip-hop video vixen in October after one year of dating.

Chyna, 36 – who was recently accused of domestic violence in a lawsuit by ex Twin Hector – said ‘yes’ to the songwriter, 30, after he got down on one knee while performing on stage during Howard University’s Yard Fest.

DJ Quicksilva caught the big moment on camera and uploaded the video to X.

In the clip, Milano could be seen facing Chyna, who had joined him on the stage, and after a few moments he got down on one knee and pulled out a ring box.

The crowd erupted into loud cheers and applause as she agreed to marry him.

The reality star flashed an excited smile as she kissed her beau and they fell into a loving embrace.

Chyna – whose real name is Angela Renée White – brought a finger to her eye as she wiped away a tear.

She then held out her left hand as he placed the diamond sparkler on her ring finger as the audience continued to applaud the lovebirds.

Milano then picked up his microphone and asked, ‘Angela, will you marry me?’

In response, Chyna simply held up her left hand to show off the eye-catching ring to the crowd.

Blac Chyna – who underwent a plastic surgery makeunder – has previously been engaged to ex Tyga and also Rob Kardashian.

Both she and Tyga began dating in 2011 and welcomed their son, King Cairo, 12, in October 2012. But their engagement ended when they split in 2014 after he began a romance with Kylie Jenner.

During an interview on The Viall Files podcast last year in 2023, Chyna opened up about what led to their separation.

‘I feel like it ran its course and then he started talking to Kylie at the time, which she was like 16 or something. Yeah, I was engaged and stuff, so that’s kind of what ended it,’ she said.

In 2016, Blac Chyna moved on with Rob Kardashian and the former couple share daughter Dream Kardashian, seven.

That same year, the pair became engaged, but their tumultuous relationship came to an end in 2017.

Blac Chyna went public with her budding romance with Derrick Milano last year in September, although the pair began dating months earlier.

The same month the couple went official with their relationship, she gushed in a statement, per People, ‘You won’t be able to say power couple without mentioning Angela White & Derrick Gray!’

‘They always say don’t go looking for love, let love find you. In… this case love found us. I know that might sound cliché, but hey, it be like that sometimes.’

She added that their relationship was based on ‘friendship’ as well as ‘long talks, consistency, support, love, trust, and faith.’

The star added that God’s timing was ‘always right & when it comes to love, you have to have faith in GOD & each other. But always GOD first!’

‘Being able to be around somebody in your most vulnerable state plays a huge role in a successful relationship. Not to mention how important communication is to express to each other feelings, emotions, & honesty,’ she said.

Chyna continued, ‘As you know I’m very involved in my career & vision just as much as Derrick is. When I win “WE WIN” when He wins “WE WIN.”‘

The couple are currently starring on the latest season of Love & Hip-Hop: Miami together.

Milano is best known for his work as a songwriter in the hip-hop genre, most notably winning a Grammy award for Megan Thee Stallion’s hit single Savage.
