Patrick Mahomes gifted his son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, a unique 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day present this year.
On Monday, November 25, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback took to his Instagram to announce he was releasing a bronze colorway for his $150 Mahomes 2 Impact FLX Bronze Training Shoes with Adidas in honor of Bronze’s 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day. The little one, whom he shares with his wife, Brittany Mahomes, turns 2 years old on Thursday, November 28.
The 29-year-old NFL star shared an adorable Instagram Reel featuring him and the toddler dressed in head-to-toe Adidas. The three-time Super Bowl champion wore a white short-sleeved shirt and beige joggers, letting his sneakers be the star of his outfit, while his son donned a black and white sweatsuit with matching custom bronze-colored kicks (not available for sale). The video showcased the father-son duo playing with a bronze-colored football and hanging out.

“Three rings, three ᵴtriƥes, three generations,” Patrick narrated in the video, referring to his father — former professional baseball pitcher Pat Mahomes. The football icon also stated, “The legend lives on the field. The legacy lives at home.”
The Texas native captioned his post, “For Bronze 
Celebrating Bronze’s 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day with his own colorway. Available now at adidas.com @adidasFBallUS @2pm.”
Fans took to the comments section to share their excitement for the new colors and to gush about the bond between Patrick and his son.

Brittany, 29, for her part, posted an Instagram Story of the video, writing, “OMG my wittle bronze.”
Patrick and Brittany were high school sweethearts and tied the knot in 2022. Besides Bronze, the couple share a daughter, Sterling, 3. In July, the pair announced via an Instagram Reel that Brittany was pregnant again.
