David Beckham’s recent racy promotional photos have left his wife, Victoria Beckham, ‘extremely worried’ after he was accused of sleeping with his assistant.

Pop star and former Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham has told friends that the former England and Manchester United player’s striking new ad has stirred up her insecurities, according to Radar Online .

In a lingerie ad for fashion brand Hugo Boss, the 49-year-old former footballer lies down in an apartment before ᵴtriƥping off and walking into the bathroom nɑƙeɗ, with stunned onlookers peering through the window.

Victoria Beckham posted on Instagram: “My boss” – along with a love heart and winking emoji, before she gushed: “So proud of you.”

But according to Radar Online ‘s own sources , that doesn’t tell the whole story. In 2004, the British press released evidence that David Beckham had a romantic relationship with his assistant Rebecca Loos.

The affair began around September 2003, when Beckham was alone in Spain playing for Real Madrid , while his beloved wife was in London (England), more than 1,000 km away, busy with recording work. Beckham easily fell into Rebecca’s arms because he had told a friend that he always felt empty.

“Even though she loves to show off her husband’s toned physique and David does too, along with their love story on Instagram, there’s still an uneasy feeling she can’t shake. I mean, who wouldn’t feel insecure knowing their man is super hot and attractive?” the source added.
