Which vehicle do the top 15 wealthiest people in the world drive in 2023?

Buying a car is often a status symbol for many people. However, the car billionaires use every day often does not indicate that they are the richest people in the world.

The world’s richest people in 2023 according to Forbes magazine are “poor” by 200 billion USD compared to last year, but they still hold a huge amount of 2.1 trillion USD. Even so, expensive cars only make up a very small part of that wealth.

1. Bernard Arnault and his family: $211 billionBernard Arnault became the richest man in the world for the first time this year. He owns luxury cars from Ferrari, Bugatti, Aston Martin, BMW and Mercedes-Benz like many other rich people.

Bernard Arnault is very fond of Ferrari. He bought at least 6 “Prizes”. He is also one of 77 owners of the limited edition Aston Martin One-77, the $2.5 million Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse or the $3.5 million Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Stirling Moss. 2. Elon Musk: $180 billion
As the head of Tesla, many people think that Elon Musk only likes electric cars. But that’s not the case.

Of course, Elon Musk owns many cars with the T logo. One of them has flown into space and is still out there. The car he uses every day is a Tesla Model S Performance, sometimes a Model 3 Performance, but if he goes with his đ˜€đ˜©đ˜Șđ˜đ˜„ren, it will be a Model X – Photo: Insider

He used to drive every day with McLaren F1 until the accident. He especially fell in love with Lotus Esprit after watching “The Spy Who Loved Me” from the Bond film series. But he was also disillusioned because it turned out that the car could not be pressed and turned into a submarine like in the movie – Photo: PCMag

3. Jeff Bezos: $114 billion
According to Carhp, Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon, owns a collection of supercars worth $20 million.

He owns some of the most expensive and rarest cars in the world from many brands such as Bugatti, Cadillac, Ferrari, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz and W Motors. In addition, he also has 2 jets and a private superyacht among the world’s largest – Photo: Carhp

But he didn’t see the need to flaunt his wealth at work. He often uses Honda Accord. But when asked by CBS why he had such a simple car, Bezos replied it was a really good car. However, it is not clear if he still uses this car – Photo: MotorBiscuit

4. Larry Ellison: $107 billion

5. Warren Buffett: $106 billion
Warren Buffet is a “typical Wall Street person” who has made billions of dollars through countless shrewd investments.

6. Bill Gates: $104 billion

11. Francoise Bettencourt Meyers and family: $80.5 billion
As the heir to L’OrĂ©al, Françoise Bettencourt Meyers has also been the richest woman in the world for the past three years.

However, the cars he often uses are not too luxurious compared to the fortune Ortega has. It’s Audi or Mercedes-Benz – Photo: Tribuna

15. Zhong Shanshan (Chung Shaan Shaan): $68 billionZhong Shanshan is probably one of the most “mysterious” billionaires in the world, including the car he drives. He rarely appears in public and almost never speaks to the media.

It is only known that before becoming the richest man in China thanks to bottled water, he was once a reporter and came from a poor family, only passing the average college after failing an exam a year.

Although it is not known exactly what car he drives, his stay away from a lavish lifestyle and expensive purchases shows that it is likely that the car he uses will be very modest – Photo: FT
