Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s TGL announces new founding partner

Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s TGL has a new founding partner. Businessolver is the latest company to partner up with the golf venture and is considered a leader in the HR technology solutions field.

Jon Shanahan, the President and CEO of Businessolver, said in an official statement:

“As we continue to invest in our strategic partnerships, the opportunity to be a Founding Partner of TGL presented by SoFi enhances our ability to deliver collaborative innovation, community outreach, and cultivate a culture of empathy with our partners and clients alike.”

He also noted that innovation is “the core of what we do” and said that it guides the company in its “pursuit of excellence” for themselves and their partners (which includes TGL now).

Shanahan added:

“We see the same in TGL, its teams of world-class golfers, and its technology that we anticipate will delight sports fans this winter when it launches.”

Katy Mollica, the Head of Global Partnerships for TMRW Sports and TGL, said about the partnership:

“As we build out TGL presented by SoFi’s roster of Founding Partners, we’re eager to introduce Businessolver to the influential and highly engaged golf community. Businessolver’s commitment to collaborative innovation dovetails with TGL’s use of a technology that will bring a new scale to stadium golf.”

She noted that they’ve seen the “strong culture and passion for improving experiences” at Businessolver and believe it complements the desire for TGL to put fans, players, and friends above all else.

This is the second official founding partner for TGL. Businessolver joins Genesis, a partner that was announced in June. This is also Businessolver’s second sports marketing venture. They announced early in the year that they would sponsor Alpine’s Motorsports program. That includes BWT Alpine F1 Team, Alpine Endurance Team, Alpine Academy, and Rac(H)er.
