Mason Mount assists MU in landing a lucrative contract.

In view from Alan Hutton, his close friend Mason Mount’s move to Old Trafford could prompt Declan Rice to make a similar move. The former England player commented:

“Rice’s best friend, Mason Mount, could be about to sign them. And this deal could trigger something.”

“We will have to wait and see how things play out. Ultimately, the question is who will pile the money on the negotiating table, How will they pay that fee and the player’s wages.”

“Is Rice happy in London? Or does he want to try playing football somewhere else?”

“The team that gets Rice will be better, and the team that misses him will be disappointed. Rice would be a great signing for them. If Mason Mount goes to Man United, it could also spur Rice to move there.”

In fact, in the context of having to invest around 100 million pounds for a central striker, the prospect of Man Utd recruiting Rice besides Mason Mount is quite low.
